Heartspire Lomi Lomi: Lower Body Deep Tissue ("Lomi Loku O Ka Honua") is a three day workshop. The participants will develop deep tissue lomilomi strokes and listening skills to assist in the well being and healing of issues and conditions located in the lower half of the body. Students will learn a unique joint rotation series both prone and supine that frees up the range of motion in the low back, hips, knees, and ankles. This amazing work leaves your clients with a new and deeper connection into the lower part of their body and how they walk on the earth. We will also touch on the Hawaiian metaphysical story of the work, intention setting, prayer, ho'oponopono, and aloha. This course is an NCBTMB approved class.
